Coupling Manufacture

EES Engineering can manufacture or alter any coupling piece for fixed, linked or flexible shaft cables.

Coupling Manufacture Spec

Standard material for couplings is 070M20 / 080M15 (En3B).
Couplings are Chemically Blacked for corrosion resistance.
End couplings are fitted with a grub screw for fixing to mating parts.
Length tolerance generally 1.0 mm
Other lengths and requirements can be accomodated and manufactured.
Couplings materials available in Stainless steel, Steel, Ferrous and non ferrous materials.
Higher torque rated shaft and alternative bore holes available.
